Matthew Ryder is a biomedical engineer, strategist, and founder with a unique blend of experience across medical technology, health innovation, and food systems. Over the past decade, he has helped bring complex ideas to life—leading strategy, partnerships, and operations for organizations in hospital technology, digital mental health, and physiological monitoring.Rooted in a deep understanding of how healthcare works—from devices to delivery—Matthew also believes that food, movement, and community are foundational to long-term well-being. His work bridges traditional medical systems with regenerative, human-centered approaches.He founded Northline Projects, a consulting and special projects studio that supports values-led teams at the intersection of health, food, and community.
